1 package ramen noodles with spicy chicken flavor

1 tablespoon Korean hot pepper paste

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 tablespoon sugar

¼ to 1 teaspoon capsaicin powder

3 tablespoons Korean red pepper flakes

2 tablespoons cooking oil

cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 chopped green onion.

HOW TO PREPARE:

As for how to prepare and how to make spicy Korean chicken with cheese, they are as follows:


1. Slice the chicken into bite-size pieces, put them in a bowl with minced garlic, hot pepper and black pepper. Mix well and set aside to soak in the marinade. Heat the water in a saucepan until boiling to cook the pasta.

2.In a mixing bowl, add the ready-made noodle sauce, korean chili paste, soy sauce, sugar, raw chili powder and korean red chili flakes. Mix the mixture well and set it aside.

3. Pour the noodles into the boiling water and cook for 4 minutes, drain and rinse under cold water, then drain completely.

4. Heat the cooking oil on high heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook for 2 minutes per side, until the edges are golden-brown. During this time, melt the cheese in the microwave for 2 minutes.
